We are inviting artists, musicians, craftsmen, and makers to join us for this fun event! Demonstrators are encouraged as well, to help visitors to further appreciate the time and effort that goes into all art forms.
Artist Booth Fee is $20.00 for the weekend.
The entry deadline is November 6, 2024.

There is plenty of space to spread out artist vendor spots in the picnic area. Spot to set up can be picked by the artist at check-in. No elaborate setup needed, all we ask is that you made your wares yourself!

Your submittal of this entry form indicates that you understand and agree to the following guidelines:

Participants are selected on the basis of Little River Arts Council's standards of quality, originality, and creativity.
All work must be original in concept and must have been created by the accepted applicant.
Participants must exhibit the type and quality of work shown in their submitted photos. Not acceptable are items embellished or made from commercially available kits, plans, or patterns, imports, factory-made or assembled items, mechanical reproductions, or offset prints.
You agree that DeSoto State Park & Little River Arts Council may use images of your overall display, your artwork and yourself for advertising and promotional purposes on social media, their web sites and in printed newspaper or brochure form.
This is a two day market. Participants can set up for the entirety of the event, or just for 1 day. You are required to stay set up the entire time of the market hours. You must move your vehicle to the vendor parking area no later than 9:30 a.m. Check in at the DeSoto State Park/Little River Arts Council welcome table on arrival. Sites are chosen by the artist at check-in.
Set-up for artists:
Friday, November 8th - Noon-5 pm(CST) OR
Saturday, November 9th - 7:00-9:15 am Sunday, November 10th-7:00-9:15 am
You are responsible for any tents, tables, displays, etc. that you might need.
Booth spaces are large and the majority of the booths are located outside on the grounds in the picnic area. Only a few are located under the covered pavilion. Limited electricity.
Participants will receive an acceptance notification by email within 10 days of receiving the form. The booth fee will be due on notification of your acceptance(payment info will be provided in the confirmation email).
No commission is charged on the sale of artwork. Taxes must be handled by the individual.
DeSoto State Park & Little River Arts Council is not responsible for accidents, theft or destruction of your artwork.

What to do after submitting your artist entry form:
Only complete applications will be considered. This application will be considered complete when the following are received shortly after artist entry form submission, by email or postal mail.
All entries have to be in by November 6, 2024
