Vendor tents will be assigned spaces prior to the market. Artists can request a general location. The main entrance to the vendor area will be in back of the walking track, as most parking will be in the field adjacent to the track.
You will not be able to drive your vehicle into the walking track area, so please plan accordingly.
LRAC will have volunteers available to help during set-up.

Your submittal of this entry form indicates that you understand and agree to the following guidelines:
- Participants are selected on the basis of Little River Arts Council's standards of quality, originality, and creativity.
- All work must be original in concept and must have been created by the accepted applicant.
- Participants must exhibit the type and quality of work shown in their submitted photos. Not acceptable are items embellished or made from commercially available kits, plans, or patterns, imports, factory-made or assembled items, mechanical reproductions, or offset prints.
- You agree that Mentone Educational Resources Foundation and Little River Arts Council may use images of your overall display, your artwork and yourself for advertising and promotional purposes on social media, their web sites and in printed newspaper or brochure form.
- Follow Your Art Market hours are 10 am - 3 pm. Artists are required to stay until event closes. Early breakdown will eliminate future acceptance to Follow Your Art. You must move your vehicle to the vendor parking area no later than 9:15 a.m. Check in at the Little River Arts Council welcome table on arrival.
- Set-up for artists: Early set-up (recommended): Friday, August 29th, 3pm-5pm or Saturday, August 30th, 7:00-9:15 AM.
- You are responsible for any tents, tables, displays, etc. that you might need.
- Electricity is NOT available for this market.
- Participants will receive a confirmation of application receipt by email within 7 days of receiving the form.
- If accepted you will receive an email with more information.
- The booth fee will be due on notification of your acceptance (payment info will be provided in the confirmation email).
- Event begins at 10 am and judging begins at 11 am. Awards will be announced at 2:30 pm.
- No commission is charged on the sale of artwork. Taxes must be handled by the individual.
- Mentone Educational Resources Foundation and Little River Arts Council are not responsible for accidents, theft or destruction of your artwork.

- Artist bio of artist (can be short, with a few points that can be shared in promotion)
